Release Forms

Although I know all of the people that will appear in the documentary very well, I have decided to take the precaution of obtaining a model release form everyone. After consulting this guide, it isn't essential for me to obtain a release from the subjects of my film, but it does act as insurance if anyone decides to back out, potentially putting my project and grades in jeopardy. For my template I used one that I have used many times in the past from DocuMentors that covers all the basic rights to likenesses that I would require. Below is an example of the template:
